The Brief

To create a pro-level football training academy designed to attract the best unsigned U-20 talent from around the world. The program aims to provide young footballers access to elite training and playing facilities, world class coaches and Nike’s cutting edge product innovations with the intention of helping them chase their dream of signing a professional contract.

The Solution

Integrated into global marketing strategies across the Nike Football category, the Nike Academy is the north star for young footballers. The Academy is based at St George's Park, the home of English football, with a revolving squad of unsigned U-20 players. Our team of full time staff coach, mentor and manage the players 365 days per year and are responsible for their every need. Regular fixtures with professional clubs such as Manchester United, Leicester City, FC Barcelona, FC Monaco are scheduled to showcase the academy’s talent on an elite stage and the squad attends an annual preseason trip to Oregon, Portland to experience the latest innovation at Nike HQ.
