Nike Helps Thousands ‘Move With Hart’
Kevin Hart – the comedian, the actor, the athlete.
It’s not hard to see why he was named as one of the 100 most influential people in the world on the annual Time 100 list when you’re part of his global fitness movement, ‘Move With Hart’.
Limelight Sports was incredibly proud to be involved in this truly inspiring global movement, in partnership with Nike, as it travelled to Amsterdam, London and Sydney in early 2016.
As someone who truly understands the power of the Active World, Kevin Hart used these active experiences as a powerful platform to motivate and inspire change around the world.
“I’m doing this to show people that as a unit we can not only get along but we can love, we can live, we can laugh, we can inspire, we can motivate, we can change the world – it’s starts with things like this.”
“I love that when I ask: "Who’s running for the first time?" the majority of the crowd raises their hands. And when they're done, they're motivated and excited and they say, “You know what? I'm not going to let today be my last day.” The reason why [the runs are] 5K is because everybody can run/walk/run/walk and finish, and I’m there at the finish line, high-fiving my people and saying, “Welcome to the movement,” he said.
To create an exclusive and premium running experience, Limelight Sports designed and delivered a world class consumer experience which saw thousands of runners hit the streets for a 5km run/walk alongside Kevin Hart.
The campaign was deemed an overwhelming success with over 38% new Nike+ Run Club (N+RC) members taking part across the three cities.
